Reasons for the difficulty in turning the steering wheel of an electric sweeper
Bearing damage:
Damage to the bearing or broken beads can cause the steering wheel to turn stiffly, giving a heavy feel.
Solution: Remove the front fork to check the condition of the bearing. If it is damaged, replace it with a new bearing. During assembly, apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to reduce friction.
The fixing nut is too tight:
If the fastening screw of the steering wheel of the sweeping vehicle is too tight, it may limit the flexibility of the steering wheel's rotation.
Solution: Use a tool to properly loosen the fixing screws to ensure that the faucet is positioned correctly and does not rub against the front fork cover shell.
Bending of steering column:
A bent steering column can affect the smoothness of steering operations, making it difficult to turn the steering wheel.
Solution: Check whether the steering column is bent. If it is bent, replace it with a straight steering column, or remove the bent steering column, straighten it using an appropriate method, and reinstall it.
Steering gear failure:
The steering gear is an important component of the steering system, and any malfunction in it can lead to difficulty in steering.
Solution: Check the working condition of the steering gear, and repair or replace it in a timely manner if there is a fault.
