What should I do if the water discharge from the driving scrubber is abnormal
Check the water level in the clean water tank: First, confirm whether there is sufficient water in the clean water tank of the floor scrubber.
If the water level is insufficient, fresh water should be added in a timely manner.
Check the water flow adjustment switch: If the water level in the clean water tank is sufficient but the floor scrubber still does not dispense water, it is necessary to check whether the water flow adjustment switch is turned on.
Ensure that the water flow regulating switch is in the on state, so that water can flow smoothly into the cleaning device of the floor scrubber.
Check the water pipe and water outlet: Check whether the water pipe connecting the clean water tank and the water outlet is unobstructed, without any bends or blockages.
If the water pipe is found to be blocked or bent, it should be cleaned or replaced.
At the same time, check whether the water outlet is blocked by foreign objects, and use tools to clean the water outlet to ensure that water can flow out smoothly.
Check the filter: Ride-on scrubber dryers are usually equipped with a clear water filter to filter impurities from the water.
If the filter is clogged, it will affect the water discharge effect of the floor scrubber.
Therefore, it is necessary to clean the filter regularly to ensure its unobstructed flow.
Check the solenoid valve and water pump: The solenoid valve is a crucial component for controlling water flow. If the solenoid valve is damaged or malfunctions, it needs to be replaced with a new one.
The water pump is responsible for conveying water from the clean water tank to the cleaning device of the floor scrubber. If the water pump does not work, it may be due to a motor failure or a power issue.
Check whether the motor and power supply are normal. If the water pump is damaged, a new one needs to be replaced.
Check the power supply and battery: If the floor scrubber is battery-powered, check whether the battery is fully charged and whether it is aging.
Confirm whether the power supply of the floor scrubber is properly connected and the voltage is stable.
Check the control panel and program settings: Confirm whether the switch for the water discharge function on the control panel of the floor scrubber has been turned on.
If the floor scrubber is program-controlled, check whether the program settings are correct and whether there has been any misoperation that has caused the water discharge function to be turned off.
Contact professional maintenance personnel: If none of the above methods resolves the issue, it may be due to a malfunction in other internal components of the floor scrubber.
At this point, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer of the floor scrubber or a professional repair technician for further inspection and maintenance.
